1. Thirty-day refund window
If Writerbox is not right for you, request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase. You do not need to write an essay or prove that you tried every feature.
Email support@buyonce.ai from the address used at checkout and include the product name. If you can, include the receipt or transaction reference so we can find the purchase quickly.
2. What happens next
We will verify the purchase and submit an eligible refund through the checkout provider. Funds return to the original payment method. Banks and payment networks control when the credit appears, so it may take several business days after approval.
3. Access after a refund
A completed refund ends the ownership entitlement for that purchase. Writerbox applies that change on its next successful online ownership refresh. You remain responsible for exporting or keeping any files you created; requesting a refund does not transfer ownership of your writing to us.
4. Exceptions and legal rights
We may decline requests involving fraud, abuse, duplicate refunds, chargeback misuse, or a purchase that cannot be located or refunded through the original payment method. This policy does not limit any non-waivable refund, cancellation, or consumer-protection rights where you live. If local law gives you more time or stronger rights, those rights apply.
5. Before requesting a refund
